Bladder cancer can often be invasive and aggressive, so acting quickly is really important. Symptoms include:

  • Blood in your urine – even a small amount or just once
  • Recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs)
  • Pain or burning sensation when using the toilet
  • Frequent or urgent need to use the toilet

Don’t be afraid to ask your GP for further tests to discount bladder cancer. It is much more treatable if detected early.
