The walk is an easy 5.1km and will take about 80 minutes. Dependent on how quick a walker you are, and how long you stop to admire some of Canberra’s most iconic views!

Please arrive at 9.45am for a 10:00am start. Park in the parking area on Wendouree Drive and walk across to the National Carillion where we will be waiting to meet you. Look out for our Anna’s Walk banner!

The walk is an easy flat walk beside the lake along established sealed footpaths.

Please bring your own water bottles for the walk. There are also plenty of small cafes and coffee vans along the route if you are feeling thirsty and a bit peckish!

Yes, there are public toilets at the start of the walk by the Carillion meeting point. There is also a toilet on the other side of the lake along the route.

The walk is a loop route so you will finish at the start point by National Carillion.

Yes definitely. You can bring your dog on the walk if it is kept on a lead.

The walk will go ahead in all weather conditions. However, if the weather is looking bad please check the BEAT Bladder Cancer Facebook page for any updates.
